This grilled cheese is next-level—loaded with buttery garlic shrimp, gooey cheese, and crispy golden bread! 🥖🦐


Ingredients:


* 4 slices of thick-cut bread (like sourdough or Texas toast)

* 1 cup shredded mozzarella or melty cheese blend

* 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

* 3 tbsp butter, divided

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* 1 tbsp chopped parsley

* Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions:


1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

4. Butter one side of each bread slice with remaining butter.

5. On the unbuttered side, add a generous amount of cheese, then layer with garlic shrimp and parsley. Top with another slice of cheese and close the sandwich.

6. Grill in a pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is golden and cheese is melted.
