A dreamy no-bake dessert roll packed with strawberries, creamy cheesecake filling, and shortcake crunch! 🍓❤️


Ingredients:


* 1 pack of vanilla cake or sponge cake (flat sheet)

* 1 cup heavy whipping cream

* 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

* 1/3 cup powdered sugar

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries (chopped)

* 1 cup crushed golden Oreos or shortbread cookies

* Whipped cream (for topping)

* Whole strawberries (for garnish)

* Strawberry sauce or syrup (for drizzle)


Instructions:


1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.

3. Lay out the cake sheet on parchment paper. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly across the surface.

4. Sprinkle chopped strawberries on top, then gently roll the cake from one end to the other using the parchment paper to help guide.

5. Press the roll gently to seal and wrap it tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

6. Once chilled, roll the outside in crushed golden Oreos or cookie crumbs for that classic shortcake texture.

7. Slice, top each piece with whipped cream and a whole strawberry, and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
