 🥩🧀 Steak-Stuffed Baked Potatoes with Creamy Parmesan Sauce 🥔🔥

Juicy steak bites piled into baked potatoes and smothered in rich, garlicky Parmesan sauce – pure comfort food magic! 😍

Ingredients:

* 4 large russet potatoes

* 1 lb (450g) ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* Salt and pepper, to taste

* 1 cup heavy cream

* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 tbsp butter

* Chopped fresh chives or parsley (for garnish)

* Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub potatoes, prick with a fork, and bake for 45 minutes until soft.

2. While potatoes bake, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside.

3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy. Reduce heat and keep warm.

5. Once potatoes are baked, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork. Add a little butter or salt inside if desired.

6. Pile steak cubes into each potato and generously spoon the creamy Parmesan sauce over the top.

7. Garnish with chopped chives, parsley, and a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.

Pro Tip:

For extra indulgence, mix a little sour cream or cream cheese into the potato before stuffing – it adds a rich, tangy layer inside!
