A dreamy dessert layered with rich chocolate cake, creamy coconut filling, and glossy chocolate ganache – just like the candy bar! 😍




Ingredients:


**For the Cake:**


* 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients on box: eggs, oil, water)


**For the Coconut Filling:**


* 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

* 1½ cups shredded sweetened coconut

* 1 cup powdered sugar


**For the Chocolate Topping:**


* 1½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

* 3/4 cup heavy cream

* Additional shredded coconut for garnish (optional)


Instructions:


1. Bake the chocolate cake according to the box instructions in a 9x13-inch pan. Let it cool completely.

2. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar until well combined.

3. Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the cooled cake.

4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth and glossy.

5. Pour the ganache over the coconut layer and spread evenly.

6. Sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top if desired.

7. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
