Ingredients:
* 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
* 1 can (20 oz) apple pie filling, chopped
* 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
* 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
* 1 cup cold milk
* 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
* 1/2 cup caramel sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/3 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Flatten each cinnamon roll and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish to form a bottom layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding mix and milk; whisk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Spread half the cream mixture over the baked cinnamon rolls. Top with half the apple pie filling.
5. Add another layer of flattened cinnamon rolls and bake for another 10 minutes.
6. Repeat with remaining cream and apple layers. Drizzle caramel sauce on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans.
7. Chill for 1–2 hours before slicing for best structure. Drizzle with reserved cinnamon roll icing before serving!
