Steak & Cheese Quesadillas

Crispy, cheesy, meaty quesadillas that are melty, juicy, and packed with flavor! 😋


Ingredients:

* 2 cups cooked steak, sliced thin (ribeye or flank works great)

* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

* 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

* 1/4 cup chopped red onion (optional)

* 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

* 4 large flour tortillas

* 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)

* Salsa or sour cream, for dipping


Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.

2. Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle half with a mix of cheddar and mozzarella.

3. Add steak slices, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro on top of the cheese.

4. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.

5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.

6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.

7. Slice into wedges and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!


Pro Tip:

Use leftover grilled steak for an even quicker version, and add jalapeños for a spicy kick! 🌶️
