Ingredients:

**Crust:**

* 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

* ¼ cup brown sugar

* ½ tsp cinnamon

* 6 tbsp melted butter

**Cheesecake Layer:**

* 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

* 1 cup granulated sugar

* 3 large eggs

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* ½ cup sour cream

**Apple Filling:**

* 3 apples, peeled and diced

* 2 tbsp butter

* ¼ cup brown sugar

* 1 tsp cinnamon

* ½ tsp nutmeg

**Caramel Layer:**

* 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

* Apple slices & crushed graham crackers for topping (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan and wrap the bottom with foil to prevent leaks.

2. Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside.

3. In a skillet, cook apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until soft and caramelized (about 8–10 minutes). Cool slightly.

4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.

5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Add a layer of apple filling. Top with remaining cheesecake batter.

6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.

7. Pour caramel sauce generously over the chilled cheesecake. Garnish with more apples and crushed grahams.
