Creamy Lobster & Shrimp Bisque

 🦐🦞 Creamy Lobster & Shrimp Bisque 🍲✨

A rich and luxurious seafood soup loaded with tender shrimp and lobster in a velvety, seasoned cream broth! 😍🌊

Ingredients:

* 1/2 lb cooked lobster meat (claw, tail, or both)

* 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

* 2 tablespoons butter

* 1 small onion, finely chopped

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

* 1 carrot, finely chopped

* 2 tablespoons tomato paste

* 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)

* 2 cups seafood stock (or chicken stock)

* 1 cup heavy cream

* 1 teaspoon paprika

* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

* Salt & black pepper to taste

* Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, celery, carrot, and garlic until soft and fragrant, about 5–6 minutes.

2. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add wine (if using) and let it simmer until slightly reduced.

3. Add seafood stock, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Use an immersion blender to blend the mixture until smooth, or transfer to a blender and return to the pot.

5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add shrimp and lobster meat. Cook for 5–6 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

6. Taste and adjust seasoning. Ladle into bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
