A warm, buttery bread bowl overflowing with creamy lobster and melty cheese—total seafood comfort food! 😍🔥


Ingredients:


* 1 large round bread loaf (like sourdough or brioche), top hollowed out

* 1 tbsp butter (for toasting bread bowl)

* 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped

* 2 tbsp butter (for filling)

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1/3 cup mayonnaise

* 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

* 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1 tbsp lemon juice

* Salt and pepper to taste

* Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

* Optional: pinch of paprika or cayenne for heat


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Hollow out the bread loaf and brush the inside lightly with butter. Toast in the oven for about 5–7 minutes until golden.

3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

4. Stir in lobster meat, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional spices. Cook for 1–2 minutes until warmed through.

5. Remove from heat and mix in mayo and both cheeses. Stir until melted and gooey.

6. Spoon the cheesy lobster mixture into the warm bread bowl. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.

7. Bake for another 3–5 minutes to melt cheese topping.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!


Pro Tip:


Make it extra indulgent by adding a drizzle of garlic butter over the top before serving! Great for sharing (or not 😏).
