A cheesy, beefy flavor bomb packed into a toasted wrap — just like your favorite fast food, but better! 😍💣




Ingredients:


* 1 lb ground beef

* 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

* 1/4 cup water

* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

* 4 large flour tortillas

* 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

* 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

* 1/4 cup sour cream

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions:


1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

2. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

3. Warm tortillas slightly, then sprinkle a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese down the center of each.

4. Spoon seasoned beef over the cheese, then fold the tortillas burrito-style.

5. In a skillet or griddle, heat olive oil over medium heat. Toast wraps seam-side down until golden and crispy, flipping to toast both sides.

6. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve hot and melty!


Pro Tip:

Microwave the filled wrap for 20 seconds before toasting if you want it extra melty inside without over-crisping the outside.
